Rainy Season

In these days starting from mid of June, Japan has rainy season called “Tsuyu.” Dull days continue.

QSL from JA bureau

In JA, member of JARL receive QSLs from JA bureau on every other month. I get the latest it at 7 July.

JARL Annual General Meeting

On June 24, JARL annual general meeting was held at Tokyo. On the meeting, only voting members who were elected by regular member attend the meeting.
 
One of agenda in the meeting is to elect directors. Candidate of directors were elected by another election participating all regular member before the meeting. Some candidate had much support from regular member, nevertheless the meeting turned them down to appoint to director. It is very strange. What happened at the meeting?

2012 ARRL Int’l DX contest CW

Results on 2012 ARRL Int’l DX contest CW is released at ARRL Web site. At the contest, I operated 1Kw station for 8hours on Sunday, and got 355QSOs and 89 multi. My rank is 15^th of 51 participants on JA, SOAB HP category.

Contest number in All Asian contest

All Asian contest is the only contest, which is sponsored by JARL. On the contest, operator’s age is used as contest number. I think it is not comfort in common sense.
